Worldwide estimates of neurodiversity suggest that up to one-fifth of the global population is neurodivergent. And while workplace research remains limited, preliminary evidence suggests that neurodiverse teams exhibit 30% greater levels of productivity than others. So why do corporations still struggle to recruit and retain this overlooked population, and what can business leaders do to change that?

Activating the true potential of your workforce means understanding and championing the individual situations of every employee. More and more companies are looking to add neurodiversity inclusion to their DEI strategy to combat the talent shortage and create more equitable workplaces so women—and everyone—can thrive.

Join this webinar to hear our panel of experts discuss:

  • How senior leaders can model empathetic leadership and authenticity to encourage,
  • The invaluable role of people managers in creating safe and supportive dialogues for neurodiverse employees, and
  • Why workplaces that actively support neurodiversity inclusion are more productive.

Worldwide, there are roughly 300+ million working women aged 45-59 who are impacted by menopause. While attitudes and stigma around menopause vary across regions, one thing is clear: workplaces need to do more to support employees going through it.

Upcoming research from Catalyst highlights that more than one-third of women employees say their menopause symptoms negatively impact work performance. The cost? An estimated $1.8 billion per year in the US alone.

The question for HR and talent leaders isn’t whether to provide support for employees going through perimenopause and menopause, it’s how quickly they can meet the demand: 84% of employees globally agree that workplaces need to do more. The door is open for smart, inclusive business leaders to break the stigma of menopause at work and build a corporate culture and benefits structure that encourages authenticity, dialogue, and support.

Watch this webinar to hear our panel of experts discuss:

  • The importance of destigmatizing menopause in the workplace and opening the door to empathetic dialogues between managers and reports.
  • How to build an organizational culture that offers support for common challenges of menopause.
  • Why building resource structures for employees with menopause benefits every employee at every level of the organization.

Research shows that that only 30% of organizations make progress on DEI when men are not involved. We know that the work of advancing DEI is all-hands-on-deck — that’s why when men are involved in DEI work, 96% of organizations make progress, a 220% increase.

And when that involvement is modeled at the highest levels of leadership, organizations far outpace their competitors by nearly all measures. That’s why it is crucial for business leaders to take a personal role in advancing gender partnership so that everyone wins together.

Watch this webinar to hear our panel of experts discuss:

  • How organizations can build accountability for DEI progress into their standard business practices
  • Why partnership across and between genders is foundational to DEI success
  • How men are uniquely positioned to contribute to culture change and build inclusive workplaces for all

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we hosted an insightful webinar on fostering the success of Latine women in professional settings. Despite the growing Latine population and increased focus on diversity initiatives, Latinas remain significantly underrepresented at 5% of the entry-level U.S. corporate workforce, which dwindles to 1% at the C-suite. This session demystified the stats and explored effective strategies to not only attract Latina talent but also to create an inclusive environment that supports their long-term success and advancement.

  • Addressing unconscious bias and cultural barriers in the workplace that hinder the recruitment and advancement of Latine women
  • Targeted recruitment strategies to increase the pipeline of Latine women candidates
  • Creating mentorship and sponsorship programs tailored to Latine women’s experiences
  • Developing leadership programs that prepare Latine women for senior roles
  • Building a supportive company culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences

Women in frontline, or “pink collar,” roles form the backbone of many industries, yet they continue to face significant and unique challenges and inequities in the workplace. These roles, particularly in retail, manufacturing, and hospitality, often have high turnover, low morale, and low levels of psychological safety.

When companies prioritize the needs of pink-collar workers, they not only enhance employee well-being but also boost overall organizational success. By reducing turnover by just 10%, companies can save $4-$7 billion in these industries.

By implementing inclusive practices and providing the necessary resources, businesses can foster a culture of equity and support that benefits all employees from the factory floor to the boardroom.

Join our panel of experts to discuss:

  • Findings from the Catalyst suite of Frontline Employees Initiative research on the top challenges faced by women in pink collar roles
  • Proven strategies to alleviate stress, reduce turnover, and boost morale for frontline employees
  • How prioritizing inclusive policies for frontline employees benefits the entire organization at every level

Among the 56% of Latine women who report feeling on guard at work, nearly half say they think about quitting “frequently” or “all the time.” This frightening data illuminates an enormous opportunity for organizations to practice active and engaged allyship to drive Latine women’s long-term success.

Allyship and inclusive leadership are critical for breaking down systemic barriers and fostering an environment where Latine women can thrive. By actively supporting and advocating for Latine women, businesses can enhance their talent pipelines, promote diversity, and create a culture of inclusion.

Join our panel of experts for Hispanic Heritage Month to discuss:

  • Best practices for enhancing psychological safety in the workplace
  • How inclusive leaders can model allyship for Latine women at all levels of an organization
  • Specific programs and initiatives to empower and advance Latine women through every stage of their careers
